I purchased this from eBay, just checked the listing details:
“GOTEK floppy EMULATOR with latest filmware by cortex
Simple install and replacement of the new Gotec HxC usb drive.
Just add your favorite adf files to the micro usb 8GB card ( very easy to do on the PC )
All GOTEK drives are tested before despatch on my A1200”

Thanks for the reply utri007. So you think the problem is the firmware?
