Alive and well

The Zorro LAN IDE card works and drivers are available. Actually, my A3000 boots from it.

Not yet completed is the CPLD firmware, at least according to Matze's plan. The missing feature is Zorro-II/III autosensing. There are two separate CPLD firmwares at the moment. One can either flash the Zorro-III firmware or the Zorro-II firmware. The latter also works in A3000/4000, just a little slower.

Due to the small size card, an extension cable is required in order to reach the back of the Amiga. My favorite solution to that is to rip apart old 10/100 PC NICs (free slot bracket, RJ45 and transformer).

Some pictures below. My A4k has the prototype card, the A3000 runs with Rev2 and the A500 (+Zorro Adapter) has the Rev3 connected.
