One just arrived at my place a few days ago.
Works great, although my mouse is a bit too fast (Cyborg RAT 7), even with lowest DPI set on it. The author promised firmware update though, that will allow to change the interface settings in case of fast (high DPI) mice.
Overall I'd recommend it! The fact that it uses real USB HID protocol, instead of PS/2 (all the other Amiga "USB" mouse adapters) is definitely an advantage and solves compatibility headaches.
