All USB sticks I've tried has worked fine with Poseidon. There might be a few out there that won't work, but I think 99% should work.

Also tested working by me:
Logitech K750 wireless keyboard
Logitech MX518 laser mouse
Logitech Value Optical Mouse

For the mice, the scroll wheel also works.
