Hey Steve,
I didn't realize the significance of that detail until I read your post again while I was offline.
Did EasyADF give any error message when it refused to load the ADF or write it to disk?
If so, I was wondering whether it is an indication that there could be a problem with the boot block. DiskSalv rebuilt it, but then I restored the original creation date and I that may have been what caused it to be incompatible with EasyADF.
