On my IDE Partition are 3 backups - so I compared SD1: (V6) with a directory on my Backup IDE partition - but I think that's ok for the test!?
The sysinfo differences are probably due to the fact that I haven't made a backup for a while and changed Sysinfo manually on SD1, but I can't explain the differences on the info files.

I will do another test and copy some data (300MB are enough?) from IDE to V6 and compare the result again. I think this delivers a more accurate result.
