Some of the installed WHDLoad games require you to have WHDLoad registered before they will run. There's a few that will run but won't allow you to save the high scores.
I believe this is down to the individual people that have created the WHDLoad slaves for the games.
It doesn't normally take too long for your license key to turn up. Mine only took a couple of days.
