Bad move. I sold a machine like that, well packed and guess what... the HD came away and I had to cough up for another HD.
Screw the HD to the bracket!

has said before elsewhere, new hdd dose not have holes underneath to allow it to be screwed in.
The cage dose also not have sides to allow the side holes to be used.
Also 3,5" drives are generally not secured.
