You seem to mix your own bubble (or the "eab bubble") with a general reality. People that are unsatisfied (or have other reasons or problems) are much more loud than happy or at least content people, so the noise that is generated now by few is not proving anything. Most people that create noise now propably never have bought anything from Cloanto and are not potential customers either.
