Kolla - I am using the cli pfsdoctor - no GUI. Also, I have reported this to the apollo team but I don't think it's an OS issue. Lastly, I don't know how to increase the stack for pfsdoctor.

EDIT - No, I don't run it so often. I ran it to see if there was a problem with any of my partitions. I was getting some software on DH1 that was failing to run properly.
