This cheat applies to both "Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles: The Coin-Op!" and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Arcade Game"

On the protection screen enter 1969 for the protection code and then enter the correct code. During play press N to skip levels. Be careful not to press N on the last level or the game will crash.
