I suposse they are clicky, right?. You say they are too hard?
I don't mind the buttons as much as the stick. I don't like much the Competition Pro because it's a bit too hard for me. Buttons are nice there though, at least in the Individual Computers version.
You know anyway what my favourite joystick is (the QuickShot Chimera 3), where you don't use any force and it's very anatomical, but I wanted to try what a huge amount of people tell as one of the best.
Of course I can't say it is (I've just bought it), but it looks very attractive, solid, lasting and with good comments.
