Hi Jaekus,
a Windows virus scanner wont find any Amiga virus. To use Fixdisk you would need to setup a workbench enviroment where you can install it. You should have a look at the Green Amiga Alien Guide :

There you'll get the info on how to set up a working, installed workbench. Oh and when you have that you could also use
WHDLoad and get Wings from
WHDownload.com so you don't have to fix disks anymore
