[Found: Digital Dungeon] Tabletop wargame / RPG Combat map making software

I remember reading a review of peculiar application in an Amiga Joker magazine. It was probably around 1994-1996. The program was meant to facilitate combat resolution for tabletop wargames and fantasy roleplaying games. Apparentl'y there were no rules a all, the whole thing consisted solely of a top-down view representing the environment where you could place down horribly rendered or drawn terrain tiles, trees etc. I guess it was something like the modern "Tabletop Simulator" on Steam. The Amiga Joker was not impressed because the program was barely functional and had not only terrible graphics but also a horrid user interface, which led to a ridiculously low scor (maybe as low as 2 1/2 percent).
