does anyone know if these will have the same feel as the original CP ones from the 80s, as the USB model looked the same like the original, but quickly you realized mechanically it is not at all the same thing, it felt a lot less precise, louder clicks and overall less solid feel.
I still got my 2 CP I bought when I had a C64 in 1985 (without extra mini buttons) and despite years of decathlon alike abuse, dropping them etc, they still both work and lock perfect. Only had to open one of them twice for a jammed microswitch which needed some greasing so it would popout again, but other than that, never had to look to other sticks (tried many, but none could compete with durability and precision of CP IMHO.
