I've temporarily taken down my tweaked Next186 build with the added integrated audio due to some stability issues. I will re-upload that again soon.
Regarding your other issues: I have attempted to address them over at the related google group.
As for Minimig, see how you go with it. If it works for others I suspect it may work for you too
