All GBA carts are compatible with all GBA systems, there are no PAL or NTSC limitations as all the games run on the same resolution LCD screen.

Unfortunately I also don't think any of these games have been ported to the GBA. If you use a GP2X or a PSP, you can emulate an Amiga and run a lot of old Amiga games.
