Well, on average a monitor, a computer and a full keyboard takes each a day to create. After that the setup of materials, lighting and camera takes another 2 to 6 hrs.
Rendering is quite fast, as I am rendering on 6 GPUs (GK110) with 2880 CUDA Cores per GPU. A rendering at Full HD take somewhat around 75 seconds. There are a lot of images you could render in 15 seconds, but there are other situations where you want to render longer (more samples) to get a better qualitiy, which could lead to 3 minutes per frame.
