So I got in touch with Tech Support and they sent me a different iso to try. That ISO loaded everything find without error in both a virtual machine and on real hardware.
However, upon trying to start up either configuration; in both instances, it shuts down and powers off automatically. Updating this so I can send them a photo of the screen.
