I'm stuck on level 2.

I know that F6 = help from Gunnar, F7 = help from Helm, F8 = help from Bagman. I've also got the rifle. Plus there's a monitor in the top-left corner that seems to display a card or one of the aforementioned friends.

How do I open the waste disposal floor? And how do I get past the door?
