Your site is presenting a certificate for 'li123-106.members.linode.com'. It's not the let's encrypt certificate but (I am guessing here) the default one that you get when you enable SSL on a linode hosting package? If I can work out how to upload a picture to the forum then I'll show the screenshot.
I use let's encrypt on 95% of the production servers that I look after and while it's true that not everything accepts it yet (Java for example need to be >v8u111) I don't think that's the problem here.

Ah thanks for pointing that out - i generated the cert before setting the host name lol. Will try reissuing it now!
