Oh yeah. Only time I have ever seen that is with sun damage to the disc. My ex left a copy of diablo 2 next to a window and the bright sun basically turned the disc a strange yellow over the course of a day.

Whats this going to do to the pricing of floppies in the future? obviously we aren't going to run dry any time soon. But I would presume that with one major manufacturer saying they will stop production it won't take long for others to follow suit. and for some people to bump the pricing up on places like eBay.
