I think I see the problem. You need to be logged on to download torrents. So if you try to download from the RSS feed, the tracker doesn't know your PID and refuses to accept the request. Have you tried to download directly from the site?
Edit : You are the guy who leeches every single torrent! Well I really hope you plan to seed them...
