If the Amiga has an internet connection it should be no problem to have a defective clock chip or no clock chip at all. The time will be set every time the amiga starts. The only thing is that the time wont get saved without a battery buffered clock after the amiga got turned off. But.... since the time will be set at every start anyway that doesnt matter. Maybe you should try that out...


You have to change some settings of facts to synchronize the clock at every start automatic, but thats easy to do.
