Yup.

Just google for the HEX code for the Mod chip you want. You can find Multi-Mode 3 and Stealth 4 quite easily and countless others. It will be upto you to choose the one you want.

A Caetla cartridge is a re-programmed Action Replay cartridge that just plugs into the back expansion slot. Once fitted a PS1 will play (any?) backups.
