If you get stuck with this and are over this way, maybe we could sort something out. I have an Amiga Technologies A1200, Blizzard '030-50, and also have an Apollo 030LC and numerous PSU's and SIMMS in the drawer. With a bit of swapping around we should be able to work out what is actually causing the problem!
