just extract the bz files using WinRar - results in 880kb amiga floppy disk image.
raname to boot.img.adf / root_v2.img.adf and insert in a floppy slot, does boot.
the img extension is a bit misleading, they are already adf files with non-standard filesystem,
so you cannot list it's content in your workbench.
tested with a3000 config
