Once you know what treatment apply to patient's complains the game becomes easy.
It just takes time (hit and miss, piece of paper and many 1st days in the game
) to make a mach between these treatments and diseases.
I was plying that game knowing nothing about german language ... and somehow I had a progress.
If you have enough RAM than it is better to copy the whole game there as it runs much faster.
If you have a kingCon running then disable it - on my computer game was stuck because of "shield" con window the game opens on top of whole WB screen - without kongcon all was running fine.
