The site is a ftp site elsewhere. I tried increasing the send and receive space from 8kb to to 32kb. I also tried increasing mbuf max mem from 256kb to 8192kb. Nothing is working.

I will try changing the MBUF Chunk from 64 and MBUF cluster size from 2048.
