Try to reboot your AmiKit... does it freeze everytime you boot? If yes, try to use "AmiKit/S/Startup-Sequence.SAFEMODE" as a regular Startup-Sequence. Most of the patches will be disabled...

Whole Amikit freezes and sometimes a reboot helps and sometimes it doesn't want to boot at all
