If you're after non-vsynced response times, then the
"Button" program that I attached in the other post already has this functionality. If you use it, you'll see the screen turn red immediately as soon as a button is pressed. Then it waits for vsync and turns screen yellow.
I have focused on the vsynced response as it is the most relevant to us (most games are vsynced).
