Update:- I just fixed the iso problem by editing AMSBuilder and removing these two lines:

IF EXISTS C:ISOCD
IF EXISTS S:CDTV.TM

So now it asks me every time if I want to build the iso, without checking for the two files. It works fine, which is very odd as it confirms I have everything in the right place!?
