The dosdrive is mounted because cd0: is in the dosdrivers directory. Could you explain about the jumpers master and slave because this may be the problem. Also the dvd drive doesn't open up when not connected to the miggy. I thought you may have to have it connected up to do this. It is an external device connected with an ide interface the ide interface also controlls the hard drive. I got rubbish instructions how to install it and got no instruction on how to get it working software wise. Could it be the power supply which is at fault? The power supply supplied it says 50W PSU which is similar to the power supply lead that goes into the pc, it has 3 pins at the back. Written on the lead is 250v this is why I think the dvd-rom drive isn't getting enough power. Either that or its knackered.
