The NEXT icons mentioned on the thread are b/w or icons with a different custom palette for each icon.

btw, I found another WB Icons set with its own palette:

Acquaricons (Custom 31 colors similar to NewIcons4.6)
Acquaricons (Old) (Old palette, same order)
