Hi,
You'll need to write them back to real disks to use them I use EasyADF available from Amigait, or there is a free app you can use called ADFBlitzer avalable on Aminet.
If you have a CF Card/PCMCIA (sounds like you do) its just a case of grabbing ADFBlitzer from Aminet, copy it and your ADFs to the CF card, run ADFBlitzer in Workbench and write your ADFs back to Disk.
