My CRC is the same as yours and it runs on WinUAE but not on FS-UAE. Strange. I'll PM Frode Solheim and hope he will look into this.
The bug is easy to reproduce:
On an emulated A500 (or A1200)
- go through right door "WC"
- go north and click "ok" for briefing
- exit south
- exit east
- go north to leave space dock
- go north to leave space port
- go east behind hotel
-> game hangs
