Due to lack of a really good available CD32 controller. The Honey Bee/Competition Pro is solid but far from perfect. And since it works fine, why not?
Well, you can shorten then chain with the Buffalo pad (which is pretty close to the original SNES pad unlike gazillions of cheap knock-offs).
