in most cases the DSI are due to the instability created by the composite in the GUI
If you reach a good configuration, you configure the applications well then you have to activate the "composite" in the GUI prefs and eventually lighten the transparencies.
DSI will disappear completely even with multiple applications used simultaneously.
Also when you have configured the sound card the sb128 sets it to 32 channels etc.
The sound card if not configured well leads to many crashes.
The whole system will no longer crash if set this way.

separate note:
the system must be configured well starting from the first aiss mixer packages etc. etc.
In practice it is the composite that gives stability to the system.
