This should run on non-x86 Linux if you replace the "AMOSPro" executable (actually E-UAE!) with a binary of E-UAE-0.8.29-WIP4 for that Linux platform.
However, it is likely to be very slow without JIT.
Or are you talking about AmigaOS 4.x?
I do, however, have a version for AROS-x86 utilising Janus-UAE 1.1:

Edit: The AROS version runs on a "bare bones" AROS setup without AmiBridge integration features or Janus-UAE currently installed.
(They won't affect it, however, as it contains its own self-contained Janus-UAE executable.)
