Not never, but hardly any. It was very configuration dependant. His installers works on FastRAM cards (and AFAIR not all of them!) but doesn't work on accelerators (68030 and above).
Moreover nowdays there are probably all games which were in Mars Bars versions already covered by JST or WHDLoad versions.
Why You don't try to make WHDLoad installer?
