The ideal monitor for Amiga is the one you can afford - don’t feed the speculation bubble around PVMs and the likes.
The Amiga was never intended to be used on such high-end hardware - the games were supposed to be displayed using either composite or an RGB monitor like a 1084S. Anything else is not period accurate and most probably won’t display what the original designers intended.
IMHO the best thing ever is to purchase a cheap consumer TV and use composite. It naturally smoothens edges and dithering effects, giving the “CRT look” everyone is so frantically looking for these days.
