In the UK we used to say SEE-GA for years but then once we heard how it was really said - we changed to SAY-GA. Aussies are stubborn I think, they just kept on.
Is actually a shortening of SErvice GAmes and was originally a US company based in Hawaii - so maybe it should really be SER GAY
NIKEEEY is another big one. I still say Nike like Pike. Because NiKEEEY sounds too effeminate.
