I have some questions regarding the behavior of Direct 3D 11 vs 9 with the latest stable WinUAE.
- When I move to the properties window under DIrect 3D 11 the screen blacks out and I am taken back to Windows 10. Does not happen with Direct 3D 9. Is this part and parcel of using D3D11?
- Also I have noticed when I run my config which includes CPU Speed slider at -40% from fastest possible, the emulation slows to a crawl using D3D11. No issue with D3D9.
I would like to use D3D11 as I have noticed some improvements in reducing ad-hoc screen tearing to zero on full screen games with low latency v-sync. If I need to provide logs let me know and I will have a go.
