The easiest way to determine the timeline is by the system release dates. the Amiga 2000B was released approx. March 1987 and the Amiga 500 was released Approx. Oct. 87.
Any software before that worked with Kickstart 1.1 , some software required patching when Kickstart 1.2 was releases. It was the first Kickstart released in ROM for the A500/A2000.

I don't remember much about the A2000A because it was produced in Germany and had limited release in Canada/North America. It was using the Amiga 1000 Chips and had the A1000 512K Agnus not a Fat Agnus like in later systems which supported 1024K of Chip RAM.
