Nope, I'm Bios A13. I usually update bios as a general rule but I never did with this one (bought used off eBay specifically for Amithlon).
I may update this one anyway.
This is the change I see in the changelog though....not sure if that could be the cause or not.
2. Updated the ATI M6 video BIOS to version 7.006.001
