For managing TOSEC I find RomVault the better choice.

1. Use the the scripts in the TOSEC dat pack to create the folders and move the dats.
2. Copy them to DATRoot in RomVault folder (e.g \RomVault\DATRoot\Commodore).
3. Move everything to be scanned and fixed to RomVaults "ToSort" directory.

In RomVault, after copying the dats to DATRoot, press "update dats" then right click the entry and set directory path for the TOSEC path and ToSort folder.

Then all you have to do is follow the 3 steps:
1. Scan ROMs
2. Find Fixes.
3. Fix Roms.

Couldn't be easier.
