Not sure if I have all the games that you would need, but I do have all the Cinemaware images that I use for AmigaForever that I can zip up and send to you.

...but I'm more than half way there now. Plus if I do it myself it means that the same set of parameters for each game are adhered to i.e. resolution / centring etc.
Also, in the future once complete, it's easy for
me to add any additional game images to my collection and I know they will look the same as previous.
As mentioned a few posts back though; I'll share my work once done
