Having last used an Amiga in 1990, I have finally taken the plunge and bought an A1200 on eBay. It should arrive in the next couple of days and I am embarrassingly excited for such an old man.

I've also bought a CF card IDE adapter, an RGB SCART cable and a PCMCIA CF reader. The machine comes with a 4MB fast RAM expansion and a Zipstick, and my WHDLoad key arrived the other day, so I should be all set.

I've followed Fitzsteve's excellent tutorial video to prep the CF card using my PC and install ClassicWB on it.

Now, just need the machine to arrive!

Is there anything else I need to know? Be gentle, I'm reasonably computer-savvy but it's been a long time since I last used an Amiga...
