Amibay appears to be up and running now, certainly for me.

The hosting company had to do an emergency os update from Centos to Debian due to recent hacking exploits discovered.
And in doing this they changed from 32 bit to 64 bit only support. This has broken some of the site because we were currently using some 32 bit only versions of support libraries such as ioncube.
