You misunderstood. I know all about this. Have already done.
You just have disk in ROM. So its like booting from a built in floppy.
I to have 1MB custom kickstarts. Done this many times, rather NOT do it. Rather have a card like this, that lets you do all this stuff without having to burn roms and mess around. Theres nothing special being done. He's just taken the squirrel CD32 boot disk and put it in the ROM. As I said I have already done this. How does he change the disk. He has to mess around reflashing roms. This card eliminates that.
